As a Buckinghamshire Engagement photographer, I absolutely love exploring the beauty Buckinghamshire has to offer! From the historic stately homes to the beautiful scenic countryside.
Tim and Becky got engaged over the 2020 Christmas period and started planning their wedding day which is to a lovely church ceremony followed on to the reception being held at absolutely stunning Whirlowbrook hall in Sheffield in June 2022.
From all my conversations with Tim and Becky they expressed they wanted something with views and pretty backdrops. Something that stands out and has a feature, after looking at multiple places I came across Stowe Gardens and I just knew they’d fall in love with the location as quickly as I did! It definitely ticked all the boxes as to what they were asking for.
So on Saturday 14th August 2021 we ventured out to the glorious Stowe Gardens which is a national trust site in Buckinghamshire. Anyone living in England in summer 2021 you will know the weather had been totally unpredictable! Literally the forecast changed by the hour! Upon arriving at Stowe Gardens it was torrential rain however within half an hour of hiding out in the car the sun was beaming down on us and we managed to walk around the gardens and get these beautiful shots! However once we finished and made it back to the car park the rain came pouring down again! We totally lucked out with the timing of the session!
It’s totally normal if you feel uneasy or nervous about having your photograph taken, in fact I think most of us do including myself! But the reason I love offering engagement sessions as part of my collections is because I want you to have the opportunity of getting used to being in front of the camera. I do must best to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible and my aim is to always having you laughing and having so much fun!
Honestly after the session I promise you’ll be telling me how much fun you’ve had and how much you can’t wait to see the pictures!
